Hemos tenido una experiencia excelente con Sampere Alicante. Nuestra hija Stella ha participado en el campamento durante varias semanas este verano y ha estado encantada desde el primer día. El equipo es muy amable, atento y cercano con los niños. Siempre hemos sentido que Stella estaba bien acompañada, en un ambiente agradable, seguro y familiar. Ha disfrutado muchísimo de las actividades y cada día iba con muchas ganas. También queremos agradecer especialmente la disponibilidad y la flexibilidad del equipo, que siempre ha intentado ayudarnos y adaptarse a nuestras necesidades. Stella se lleva un recuerdo precioso de estas semanas y nosotros también. Супер классная школа! Атмосфера легкая и веселая. Мне понравилось, что много разговорной практики и живого общения, обучение проходит как игра. I attended a two-week intensive Spanish course at Estudio Sampere in Salamanca and I can highly recommend the language school. I was particularly impressed by the teachers. They were welcoming, approachable and helpful, and taught with an incredible amount of patience, energy and enthusiasm. They adapted very well to the students’ individual language levels, spoke more slowly whenever necessary, and patiently explained grammar again – sometimes in a different way – if I did not understand something the first time. I never felt that asking questions was a problem. What I particularly appreciated was that the lessons were by no means limited to working through a textbook. The teachers regularly included interactive games, exercises and role plays that encouraged us to actively use what we had learned. For example, we sometimes had to explain different verbs in Spanish without using the actual word, which challenged us to be creative with the vocabulary we already knew. Conversation was also an important part of the lessons. We talked about things such as what we had done the day before, which Spanish dishes we had tried, what food we particularly enjoyed, or which ingredients were used in a certain dish. This meant that grammar and vocabulary were not only taught theoretically but were constantly applied to real, everyday situations. This was especially valuable for me. At the beginning, I found speaking Spanish quite difficult, even though I could already understand much more than I was able to express myself. Through all the conversations, role plays and interactive activities, I was continuously encouraged to simply speak – even when my sentences were not perfect. Over the course of the two weeks, I noticeably gained confidence and, most importantly, the courage to actually use the language. I was also very happy with the overall learning environment. The classrooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. My group was very small, which gave everyone plenty of opportunities to speak, ask questions and participate actively. This also allowed for a lot of direct interaction with both the teachers and the other students. I learned a great deal during these two weeks while genuinely enjoying the lessons. What impressed me most was how much effort the teachers put into making the classes varied, engaging and focused on getting us to actually speak Spanish. They create an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and really using the language. For me, these two weeks were a very valuable experience, both linguistically and personally. Estudio Sampere is a fantastic way to develop your Spanish-speaking skills. Being abroad in an immersive environment and being stationed in small, personalized classrooms brought me dramatic growth in my comfortability and knowledge of the Spanish language. For college students, it is a fantastic way to study abroad and collect necessary requirements for graduation (or to continue your proficiency in Spanish if that is your focus). For those out of college, this is also a fantastic opportunity to learn Spanish, not matter what level you're currently at, and I assure you that you will feel very welcomed and grow a lot during your time in the program.
